Michael Freeman

Michael Started his introduction into the world of construction at an early age, working as a labourer onsite during the school vacations for his father. During this time Michael gained a wealth of knowledge, practical experience and insight into the construction industry.

In 1997, Michael commenced working for Austress Freyssinet In the U.A.E. His role as a Site Supervisor allowed Michael to gain valuable knowledge in the area of post tensioning and later returned to Australia taking up the position of Supervising Foreman for post tension with Australian Concrete Technologies Pty Ltd. in Melbourne.

Returning to the Middle East in 2004, as Site manager for QACS, he used his knowledge in post tension to work on various projects including, The Al Jazeera Networks Qatar Studios and Headquarters, Al Mana Twin Towers, Grand Hyatt Hotel as well as a heavy lifting project for Doha’s Museum of Islamic Arts( to be opened late 2007).

Joining ACT as Projects Manager, Michael brings 10 years of experience in the field of post tensioning throughout the Middle East and Australia.
