Stanford has 40 years experience in the building and construction industries in Australia, Asia and the Middle East and is one of the first to introduce post tensioning for flat slab systems into the Middle East in 1994 with the establishment of Austress Freyssinet in Dubai and later establishing post tensioning in Qatar using the ACT post tensioning system, in 2004. Stanford has completed his training in Engineering (Civil Construction) as well as completing courses in Building Management (Builders Licensing Board, Australia), Law of Contracts, Common Law, and Basic Accounting (University of Sydney, Australia) and one of his favourite personal motto's is "there are no such words as "It can't be done."

Michael Freeman our Projects Manager and a Director of the company., has 10 years experience working in Australia and The Middle East with Post Tensioning and Heavy Lifting systems.

We also have a diverse support team made up of, structural engineers, designers, drafts people, site engineers, technicians, and I.T. and administration staff as well as procuring the services of international consulting engineers all of whom help ensure that ACT maintains the highest level of service and quality to our client.

Our aim is to be at the forefront of Post Tensioning, Jump Form and Heavy Lifting throughout the Middle East Region and it is our goal is to supply the highest quality of service in these highly specialized fields.
